Low-carb ground beef

When you get some unexpected guests but they seem to be nice people and you want to feed them, this low-carb ground beef is great choice for you! Make your family and friends happy with this hart warming dish. It contains some nice warm spices like curry and turmeric that will warm you in rainy autumn evenings and make you forget all the day troubles. Eating this low-carb ground beef is also fun!

Low-carb ground beef recipe

Ingredients

Coconut oil 3 TBS

Ground beef 400 g

1 little carrot 20 g

1 small onion 40 g

Canned tomato (pelat) 100 g

Salt to taste

Pepper 1 tsp

Grounded red paprika 2 TBS

Thai curry 1 TBS

Turmeric 1 TBS

Water 1 cup

Greek yogurt 2 TBS per serving (optional)

Sesame seeds pinch per serving

For salsa:

Spring onion 150 g

Cherry tomato 150 g

Cider vinegar 1 tsp

Toasted sesame oil 1 TBS

Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Melt 3 TBS of coconut oil.

Add onion and meat on hot coconut oil and stir until almost dry.

Add carrot cut into small cubes and spices (salt, pepper, ground paprika, Thai curry and turmeric).

Stir well and when golden to brown, like on the photo.

Add pelati and 1 cup of water.

Stir well until beef is dry.

Prepare salsa. Cut spring onion and cherry tomato and season it with salt, pepper, cider vinegar and toasted sesame oil.

Combine all on a plate with 2 TBS of Greek yogurt and toasted sesame seeds.  

This Low-carb ground beef recipe goes great with The keto bread that was inspired by bread from Maria Emmerich. It taste really, really great and the whole meal together with this nice keto bread is done so quickly. But, I have to admit that it is gone even faster!

 

 

Of course, this looks like some really fancy meal, but in reality it is really tasty. So, I recommend you to prepare it for yourself and your loving person or a family, put it on a large plate and watch favorite movie or have a nice conversation and eat it like this:
