Perfect Keto Smoothie & Keto Popsicles with Mixed Berries 2 in 1

Perfect keto smoothie and keto popsicles recipe with mixed berries 2 in 1! At the same time make yummy keto ice cream and keto smoothie with one recipe and 4 ingredients only.

Who doesn’t like popsicles? I have never met such a person and I am definitely not that person. 🙂 I like smoothies and ice creams. Here I have a perfect recipe for busy parents – delicious mixed berries keto smoothie, ideal for breakfast for you or your keto kids. Leftovers you can freeze and after few hours you can eat your perfect keto ice cream or keto popsicles! When I make this I have to prepare the double batch because we eat half as a fantastic, colorful berry smoothie and half as an ice cream.

Ingredients for perfect keto smoothie that can become keto ice cream

Frozen forest berries 1 cup (120 g/4.2 oz)

Heavy whipping cream 2/3 cup (150 ml)

Cold water 2/3 cup (150 ml)

Low carb sweetener of your choice (powdered Swerve, Sukrin or xylitol) 2 – 4 TBS (depends on your taste, we like it not too sweet)

How to make keto smoothie or keto popsicles?

You will need a blender or an immersion blender to make this delicious 4 ingredients keto smoothie. Just throw all the ingredients in your blender and mix for few minutes.

When it’s nice and smooth you can drink it as a low carb smoothie or you can pour it into the ice cream molds and freeze. After 1 hour in the freezer you can enjoy your healthy berry ice cream. Here you have amount for 6 popsicles molds.

  • Frozen forest berries 1 cup (120 g/4.2 oz)
  • Heavy whipping cream 2/3 cup (150 ml)
