- Almond flour ¾ cup/70 g/2.47 oz
- Allulose or erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener) 3 - 4 TBS
- Unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup/10 g/0.35 oz
- Baking powder ½ TBS
- Heavy whipping cream 4 TBS
- 1 large egg
- Water 2 TBS
- Filling ingredients
- Unsweetened peanut butter softened ½ cup/110 g/3.9 oz
- Liquid allulose or keto pancake syrup ¼ cup
- Heavy whipping cream 4 TBS
- Chopped salty peanuts ½ cup/50 g/1.76 oz
- Ganache topping
- Dark chocolate keto-friendly 50g/1.76 oz
- Heavy whipping cream ½ cup/110 ml
- Allulose sweetener 1 TBS (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a deep 21 cm x 21 cm/ 8 inch x 8 inch baking pan or layer it with parchment paper.
- For the brownie base, combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared baking pan, and bake at 180 C/ for 15 minutes
