Marinated keto chicken drumsticks baked in the oven to perfection! Melting in your mouth! This chicken legs recipe is diabetic-friendly, sugar-free, low-carb, keto, and super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 8 keto chicken drumsticks/900 g/31.7 oz
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon powdered garlic
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Optional: cayenne pepper or chili flakes to taste
Instructions
1. Turn on the oven and set it to 190 C/375 F.
2. Prepare a baking tray layered with a parchment paper.
3. In a bowl prepare a marinade by mixing all ingredients.
4. Cover generously every chicken drumstick with prepared marinade.
5. Layer chicken legs on prepared parchment paper and cover with another layer of parchment paper. Cover it in a way there is no space for the air to enter.
6. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes covered. It will depend on the type of the oven. You can prepare it in the air fryer too.
7. When baked, serve it & enjoy!
