People often ask what dessert to make for Christmas and a New Year when on keto. Some say they will “cheat” and eat everything. I don’t want to cheat because in that case I would feel bad. And I don’t want to feel bad for holidays. We should feel great during holidays. And when we have so delicious, nutritious and easy desserts why would we cheat?

This cool and easy recipe is my present to you and your family for Christmas and a New Year!

I expect you to include your family members, especially children in making of this dessert because you will have great time and your children will have some nice memories to treasure! My child enjoyed making this Keto Snowmen with me!

Ingredients for Keto Snowmen

Heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup

Shredded coconut 1/2 cup

Butter 1/2 cup

Stevia 5 – 10 drops (to your taste)

Orange essence 1 drop

Orange zest

Cream cheese 1/2 cup

Procedure to make Keto Snowmen

Put heavy cream, coconut, butter, stevia, orange essence and stevia in the pot.

Cook on a low heat until butter melted and all ingredients combined.

When all ingredients combined put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.

When cooled add cream cheese and keep in the fridge 30 minutes until mixture completely firm like this.

Form little “snow balls” and make Snowmen. ⛄️ ⛄️⛄️🎄🎄⛄️⛄️⛄️⛄️⛄️
