Ingredients for Keto Snowmen
Heavy whipping cream ½ cup
Shredded coconut ½ cup
Butter ½ cup
Stevia 5 - 10 drops (to your taste)
Orange essence 1 drop
Orange zest
Mascarpone cheese ½ cup
Procedure to make Keto Snowmen
Put heavy cream, coconut, butter, stevia, orange essence and stevia in the pot.
Cook on a low heat until butter melted and all ingredients combined.
When all ingredients combined put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.
When cooled add cream cheese and keep in the fridge 30 minutes until mixture completely firm like this.
