Who doesn't like Wiener schnitzel? I don't think that such a person actually exists. Everyone loves Wiener schnitzel! Wiener schnitzel is something I was missing on keto. But not anymore. I found a Holly Grail! We have low carb, keto Wiener schnitzel! And it's delicious. It's crispy and tasty on the outside and soft and juicy meat inside. Schnitzel perfection.
I tried many Wiener schnitzels in my life. As you may already know I live in Croatia and when I travel to some further destinations, and I was traveling a lot in last 10 years, I usually have connected flight from Frankfurt or Vienna airport. And I can't tell you exact number of flights that I've missed or were cancelled and I had to stay overnight in Vienna. There was too many occasions like that!
As I am very optimistic person and always looking on the bright side of life, I took advantage of the situation and visited the best restaurants and places to eat in Vienna. And I tried so many great schnitzels! And I don't think that my schnitzel is exactly like the one in Plachuttas Gasthaus zur Oper but I would say it is very good! 😊 Even in comparison with Plachuttas'! 😋👌
