This dish is so great! I don't have time to write you some cool story how I was sitting under the apple 🍎 tree, apple fell from the tree and idea for this meal was born... bla, bla... Nothing like this happened!
I was just hungry and alone with my babies, and wanted to make some decent meal from chicken breasts and broccoli that I've bought the day before. But you can imagine how is it to be hungry, having to cook and be alone with toddler and a baby! Well, it sounds like the intro of some horror movie.
Well, it started like that, I just put all ingredients in one pot, pour everything with olive oil and left it in the hot oven. And this mother was happy with the result! When you don't expect anything and you get some mouth watering dish!
So, I had to share it with you, almost instantly.
Here are ingredients for Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli
Chicken breasts 400 g
Broccoli 400 g
Raclette cheese 250 g
Olive oil 5 TBS
Salt Pepper
🌿 Basil
Oregano 🌿
Procedure to make Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli
Put all ingredients in one oven friendly pot.
Chicken on the bottom and cheese on top.
Season it with salt, pepper, basil, oregano.
Pour tomato sauce and olive oil on top.
Bake it for 30 min at 180°C covered and 10 more minutes uncovered.
