Fat bomb recipe keto version with raspberries is actually recipe for energy balls or cheesecake fat bombs – keto people, this is for you! 💕

If you are following my blog you might try my other fat bomb recipes, like one with peanut butter, nuts and chocolate. This time, I share the recipe for a spring version of keto fat bombs. It’s made of keto approved fruit – raspberries, yummy mascarpone cheese and coconut. I know, I create the recipes with those ingredients all the time, but those are my favorite keto ingredients! I always have it in my kitchen, and I create recipes usually in the evening from the ingredients I have. So, that’s what you get at the end. 😆

Ingredients for raspberry fat bomb recipe keto version

Mascarpone 1 cup (250 g)

Frozen raspberries 2/3 cup (100 g)

Powdered sweetener xylitol or combination of xylitol and erythritol 2 – 4 TBS

Coconut oil 3 TBS

Shredded coconut 1/2 cup (37 g)

How to make fat bomb recipe keto?

This keto fat bombs recipe is so easy! Literally, you will just have to mix everything!

Mix mascarpone and melted coconut oil and add raspberries. Make sure to remove all the water from the mascarpone and from the raspberries. You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. If you have frozen, just crash it with your fingers before combining with mascarpone, and make sure there is no water or any ice in the mixture.

After raspberries and mascarpone combined, add sweetener and fine shredded coconut. Mix it well and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes of chilling in the fridge you can form the balls and sprinkle each with a pinch of shredded coconut. 🥥🥥🥥

You can eat them immediately or leave it in the fridge and treat yourself later. You can freeze them too and eat as an ice cream fat bomb! From this amount you will get delicious 14 fat bombs. Each has a little bit more than 1 g of NET Carbs and tons of taste and joy! 

Do fat bombs help you lose the weight?

Fat bombs will give you extra boost of energy when you need it and help you to fight your food cravings. Be careful! As with any sweets, if you eat too much you will gain weight. Only, this keto energy balls will satisfy your desire for sweets, will give you extra fats and nutrients and at the end, you will take only 1 g Net Carb with one fat bomb, and that is actually great!

    What do you do with the 3Tbs coconut oil you have in the recipe, it doesn’t say?
