It's made of keto approved fruit - raspberries, yummy mascarpone cheese and coconut. I know, I create the recipes with those ingredients all the time, but those are my favorite keto ingredients! I always have it in my kitchen, and I create recipes usually in the evening from the ingredients I have. So, that's what you get at the end. 😆
Ingredients for raspberry fat bomb recipe keto version
Mascarpone 1 cup (250 g)
Frozen raspberries ⅔ cup (100 g)
Powdered sweetener xylitol or combination of xylitol and erythritol 2 - 4 TBS
Coconut oil 3 TBS
Shredded coconut ½ cup (37 g)
How to make fat bomb recipe keto?
This keto fat bombs recipe is so easy! Literally, you will just have to mix everything!
Mix mascarpone and melted coconut oil and add raspberries. Make sure to remove all the water from the mascarpone and from the raspberries. You can use fresh or frozen raspberries. If you have frozen, just crash it with your fingers before combining with mascarpone, and make sure there is no water or any ice in the mixture.
After raspberries and mascarpone combined, add sweetener and fine shredded coconut. Mix it well and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes of chilling in the fridge you can form the balls and sprinkle each with a pinch of shredded coconut. 🥥🥥🥥
You can eat them immediately or leave it in the fridge and treat yourself later. You can freeze them too and eat as an ice cream fat bomb! From this amount you will get delicious 14 fat bombs. Each has a little bit more than 1 g of NET Carbs and tons of taste and joy!
