This cheese sauce easy recipe goes great with meat or veggies. It is low carb homemade sauce with heavy whipping cream, without flour and milk.

I haven’t been so skilled with preparing my food in the microwave before, but since I am a mom with job, blog and thousand other obligations, I started to use microwave more and more, and started to like it. If you don’t have microwave, think about investing in one, your life will be much easier!

Recently I have published my recipe for 90 second bread from the microwave and it is one of the recipes for which I am getting great feedback from my readers on social networks daily. I even started to eat my breakfast since I created that recipe.💕 This easy keto cheese sauce recipe will be another great recipe from my microwave recipes collection.

Ingredients for homemade cheese sauce

Heavy whipping cream 1 cup (250 ml)

Cream cheese 1/4 cup (100 g)

Cheddar shredded 1.5 cup (125 g)

Pinch of salt

Pepper

Herbs of your choice or garlic powder

Cheese sauce – How to make it in the microwave?

Answer is – easy! Literally you just throw all the cheeses and heavy whipping cream in the bowl, salt and pepper, stir a little bit and turn on the microwave for 1:30 min.

After you take it out from the microwave, add herbs that you like, garlic or any spice you like, stir well and pour it over your favorite food.

If you don’t use microwave, you can heat heavy whipping cream in a sauce pan, on the stove, add cheese and stir until nicely combined. When cheese melted, add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste.

Be careful, this keto sauce is addictive!  I am telling you that because I am addicted to this cheese sauce, for sure. I eat it with everything, it’s delicious with my keto cauliflower gnocchi or with any meat you fry quickly in a pan. This is perfect cheese sauce for broccoli and cauliflower. My daughter who is 1.5 years old like to dipp broccoli in this easy homemade cheese sauce. 🥦🥦🥦

As we are family on keto, this is keto cheese sauce without flour and similar ingredients. Because it’s pure cheese and heavy whipping cream, this is also gluten free cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • Heavy whipping cream 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Cream cheese 1/4 cup (100 g)
  • Cheddar shredded 1.5 cup (125 g)

Instructions
