You can omit the sesame flour but I encourage you to buy sesame flour if you still don't have it in your keto pantry because once you try this keto cheddar biscuits recipe you will definitely make it again.
Sesame flour is delicious low carb flour and it's great in many low carb recipes, I find it especially helpful when baking with coconut flour to reduce the coconut flavor. Sesame also have dominant flavor and taste but when you combine it with coconut flour they complement each other and you get really pleasant combination, especially in baked food.

I just wanted to say that I tried this recipe last night to serve with some homemade soup. My husband and I have stopped eating grains some time ago and have found our choices limited for breads. My husband was thrilled with them (and so was I). They turned out perfectly and had a bread-like texture. They were a real treat. In addition, they take so little time to make and bake. I am thinking of making them bigger and using them as hamburger buns this weekend. Thanks for the great recipe!
