- Coconut flour – 2 tablespoon (16 g / 0.56 oz)
- Psyllium husk powder – 1 tablespoon (8 g / 0.28 oz)
- Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon (1 g / 0.04 oz)
- Salt – pinch
- Apple cider vinegar – ½ teaspoon (2.5 g / 0.09 oz)
- Olive oil (or avocado oil) – 1 teaspoon (5 g / 0.18 oz)
- Boiling water – 4 to 5 tablespoon (60–75 g / 2.1–2.6 oz)
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, mix coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
