Creamed spinach keto recipe

Picture of keto creamy spinach in a plate on the table

Creamed spinach keto recipe is delicious, creamy, thick, flour free and gluten free low carb side dish to any meat or fried eggs.

Creamy spinach is my favorite keto side dish. It’s so satisfying to feel that creamy texture and flavor in your mouth. It has smooth and thick texture. When you pair it with fried eggs with runny yolk, oh em geee! So good! Egg yolks and creamy spinach is food from heaven.

When I make this creamy spinach, it disappears in a second. What I like is to prepare a crispy bacon 🥓 stripes for dipping in this low carb creamy spinach. It’s fantastic and children love it too! My toddler enjoys this creamed spinach so much, she is always asking for more. Only my kitchen suffers because she is really messy! 😂

I like to eat this keto spinach as a min keto dish with some good keto bread. It’s great to dip a slice of bread in this creamy dish. For dipping, I recommend you this keto breads and pastries:

Keto focaccia

Ciabatta Italian keto bread

Keto cheddar biscuits

I was inspired with this delicious looking recipe to make my keto version. Only in the original version goes flour, milk and other ingredients we don’t eat on keto. But that’s not the reason for not to enjoy delicious creamy spinach! I really like this dish and I prepare it very often. I can’t believe that I haven’t publish this recipe before! So many times my friends are asking for the recipe, finally I can just send them this link!
