Cauliflower is a versatile and nutritious low-carb vegetable that can be prepared in many different ways. One of the most delicious and easy-to-make dishes is roasted cauliflower with cheese. This dish is low-carb, and the perfect side dish for any keto meal. It will surely be a hit with everyone. This combination of oven-roasted cauliflower and melted cheese is a match made in heaven, and it's sure to please even the pickiest eater. I can confirm this 100%, as my kids approved this dish! 🙂

HOW TO MAKE KETO CHEESY ROASTED CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients for roasted cauliflower in the oven
To make this dish, you'll need a head of the cauliflower cut in florets. Frozen cauliflower will be great too!
You will need salt, pepper, and grated cheese. To make it even more delicious, I like to season it with turmeric, powdered garlic, and ground paprika. The cheese I like to use is a combination of parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Parmesan for flavor, and mozzarella to enjoy in melted goodness.
Procedure to make roasted cauliflower with cheese and garlic
Start by preheating your oven to 190°C/375°F and preparing a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the head of cauliflower into florets and put them into boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes place them on a prepared baking sheet. Crush them with the bottom of a glass. Check the video to see how I am doing it. 🙂
Season with salt, pepper, and spices, and cover with cheese. Make sure to coat everything.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is roasted, cheese melted, and golden-brown on top.
Once the cheesy cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven.
Serve with your favorite sauce, and meat as a keto side dish, or as a keto vegetarian cauliflower dinner with cheese sauce.
